Welcome
to Our Club

Our Club is one of the oldest in the area, dating back to 1912. We are a local community-based sports and social club, which caters for individuals, couples and families wishing to participate in sports or simply to socialize and meet new friends.

Our members enjoy all the benefits of a large, fully licensed, pokie machine free club room, with kitchen and canteen facilities, a stage and a large dance floor for functions.

We host the local ANZAC day dawn service on behalf of the Playford Council, offering breakfast and bar facilities after the service.

For the kids and families, we host a yearly Halloween Disco Party in our club rooms for a small entry fee, which includes a plate of party food along with a DJ and prizes for best dressed. Past years have seen 80-100 children attend.

At the end of every year, we also organize a Christmas Party for our members and their children which includes a present from Santa, free rides, food and drink for children on the day.

As we are focused on the community, we are always happy to include children who are not members for a small fee to cover our costs.

Our clubrooms are also used during the day by organizations such as The Country Women’s Association, the Coo-Inda over 50’s club and a local craft group.

We are a not-for-profit organization and any profit we do make goes straight back into the club to maintain and upkeep the facilities and support the sporting teams within the club.

The 2022 Football Season saw a record number of junior teams participate in the SANFL junior competition with 7 teams. Starting at U7’s all the way through to U16’s, with our first U16’s girls side taking the field.

2023 saw the return of 2 full Senior Men’s sides.

We had two Junior teams  make it through to the finals this season, with our under 15 girls team making it through to the grand final.

We also saw the return of Netball this season with 3 women's teams, one of which made it through to the grand final. We are looking forward to the Summer season ahead.

With the current Summer Cricket Season, we have fielded a Senior Men’s A and a Women’s side who have each been successful in the previous years.

Our aim this year as in many years before, is to focus on improvements to our social appearance throughout our community, updating our facilities and sporting equipment and getting new members into our club and thriving in our community sports programs.

As you would appreciate, fundraising and sponsorship becomes harder every season with so many sporting clubs vying for local sponsors, but we believe we have much to offer any organisation willing to support us.

We are therefore thankful for any assistance your business can provide to help us achieve our goals and in return, we look forward to promoting and supporting your business as well as through our online social media which has a following of almost 2.5k people.
